Continuous Performance
The ongoing verification, monitoring and reporting of performance following PACE Qualification.
01. APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
PACE Qualification is the formal determination that the published qualification requirements have been satisfied.
Applicants shall satisfy the published Applicant Eligibility and Stage 1 Eligibility requirements before an application proceeds to Engineering Assessment.

Hotels
Hospitals
Universities
Manufacturing
Warehousing
Government Buildings
Data Centres
Large Retail
These sectors are examples only. They do not define eligibility.
02. STAGE 1 ELIGIBILITY
Stage 1 Eligibility is established through the published qualification requirements applicable to Foundation Release 2026.
Applications are accepted within the geographic scope published for Foundation Release 2026.
Only systems defined within the eligible system types for Stage 1 are accepted.
Each individual system must meet the minimum manufacturer-rated nominal cooling capacity published for Stage 1.
Only equipment from manufacturers approved for Foundation Release 2026 Stage 1 may be considered.
Applicants must submit all required supporting documentation in accordance with published requirements.
Systems and applications listed as excluded in the Qualification & Application Guide are not eligible.

Applicants submit an application together with the supporting documentation required for assessment.

PACE completes an Engineering Assessment in accordance with the published PACE Standards.

PACE prepares the PACE Business Case using the information developed during the Engineering Assessment.

PACE develops the Current Financial Position and the Projected Financial Position.

PACE documents the Performance Funding methodology applicable to the proposed project.

PACE determines whether the published qualification requirements have been satisfied.

PACE Qualified participants continue in accordance with the published participation requirements applicable to Foundation Release 2026.
